Schedule a Pick- Up

To get started, create your account through our website or the CleanCloud app by searching for “Bubble Buddies.”

Be sure to include all service preferences within your laundry profile so we can care for your items exactly how you like them!

Once your profile is set up, you can choose when and where you would like your laundry picked up and delivered. You may schedule a one-time service or set up a recurring pickup—whatever works best for your routine.

Prepare For Pick-Up

Our Buddies will collect your bag(s), weigh them, and clean them according to your laundry profile.

You do not need to wait at home for service. Simply place them in a bag or a basket (whichever is best and weather permitting) outside for your Buddy to pick up during your scheduled window.

If we have any questions, concerns, or  recommendations (only if needed) - We will communicate with you via push notification in the app, call, or text.
