Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: August 3, 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

By participating in this giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Terms and Conditions.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored and administered by Bubble Buddies, LLC ("Bubble Buddies," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Washington who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and reside within Bubble Buddies' active residential service area at the time of entry and prize redemption.

Owners of Bubble Buddies, current employees, former employees whose employment ended within the previous twenty-four (24) months, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

Proof of age, identity, and residency may be required before a prize is awarded.

3. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted beginning on the date the giveaway is posted and will close at 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) on August 18, 2026.

The winner will be announced on August 18, 2026 at 6:00 PM.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry, participants must complete all of the following:

Follow Bubble Buddies on Facebook and Instagram.

Like the official giveaway post.

Share the official giveaway post publicly.

Tag at least one person in the comments.

Comment with something you dislike about doing laundry or share your funniest or most frustrating laundry experience.

Incomplete or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive up to $200 in Bubble Buddies laundry service credit toward a one-time residential wash and fold service.

The prize:

Has no cash value.

Is non-transferable.

May not be redeemed for cash.

May not be substituted or assigned.

Is valid only for residential services.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be contacted through Facebook or Instagram and must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification.

If the selected winner does not respond within the required timeframe, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, Bubble Buddies reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Bubble Buddies' decisions regarding winner selection and eligibility are final.

7. Prize Redemption

The prize is valid only for residential services performed within Bubble Buddies' active residential service area.

Service appointments are subject to normal scheduling availability and business hours.

The promotional credit must be redeemed no later than December 15, 2026.

Unused promotional credit remaining after that date will be forfeited and has no cash value.

If the total cost of services exceeds the $200 promotional credit, the winner agrees that any remaining balance is their responsibility and is due at the time of service.

8. General Conditions

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Only one prize may be awarded per household.

Bubble Buddies reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who submits fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, duplicate, automated, or otherwise invalid entries.

This promotional credit may not be combined with any other discounts, coupons, promotional offers, memberships, or service credits unless expressly approved by Bubble Buddies.

Bubble Buddies reserves the right to refuse service consistent with its published Terms of Service and company policies.

9. Sponsor's Rights

Bubble Buddies reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Official Rules and to make all decisions concerning this giveaway.

Bubble Buddies may modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the fairness or integrity of the promotion.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

If any portion of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner grants Bubble Buddies permission to use their first name, last initial, city of residence, photographs, testimonials, and giveaway-related content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, fulfilling the prize, and as otherwise permitted by law.

Bubble Buddies does not sell personal information collected in connection with this giveaway.

12. Release of Liability

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

By participating, entrants release Facebook, Instagram, and Bubble Buddies from any liability arising out of participation in this giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this giveaway shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Washington.
